Rather odd experience actually. An online quiz / test. Some fairly innocuous questions around attitude etc. Interspersed with a few utterly pointless (and easily googled) maths questions. If you run round a track at x mph etc. I'm in my 50s. Who cares! Then I had an interview with an HR bloke who was a bit dismissive. He said the process could be another 4 or 5 interviews of a pass / fail nature. Really? If that is how they operate at interviews, what must it be like working there. No offer made and I would have rejected it anyway. Come on folks...you don't need that many hurdles for a candidate to get through. It's amateur hour.

Ghosted, interview assessment sent 12 months later. Sent to a Intelligence test before being in contact with a person. Recruiter did not respond to email. this was definitely a weird experience
they were sourcing me - I did not apply. After the first call, they sent an IQ test that wasn't in my native language with 40 questions - you only had 20 seconds per question. I am not pretty convinced about IQ tests in hiring process but in case they do it, they should adapt to the language of the candidate.

Quite extensive interview process. Business case, Skills Interview, meeting several managers, also a cognitive abilities test. Took around 2/3 months in total. They are almost exclusively focused on KPIs and things that are measurable.
