Recruitment at Revolut seems very chaotic and disorganised. They got in touch with me and asked me to apply for a role and then didn't follow up for a number of weeks.
The screen interview itself was also strange for a senior position where they asked very stock standard questions and appeared to be just going through the motions of a basic interview.
There was then no follow up or communication post-interview. Pretty unimpressive experience.
