There is no process that as far as my experience goes. Couple of round with hr which went smooth.
Then a round with product manager who did not turn up for interview.
It was rescheduled with another product manager where was asked a simple root cause analysis question about drop in sales.
The next round was scheduled with CTO of the company. It was scheduled for 45 minutes but it went on for over 1.5 hours. It was based on demonstration of prior product experience, data analysis and a product design questions. Went fairly well in my opinion.
Then revolut ghosted me. Not even a reject mail. Despite multiple reminders no response from any of the hr's. Despicable behaviour from a company without processes.

Okay, very unfriendly people. Most interviews apart from 1 felt like i'd interrupted their day or was wasting their time. There was one product lead who interviewed me who was friendly.

Professional well run, tough but highly communicative. Everyone was nice and structure/questions were clear. Didn't get an offer but enjoyed the process. Felt like a good culture and would apply again

Entretien
Recruiter round followed by a consulting style case study. The case involved a business problem requiring structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and a written or verbal presentation of findings. Very standard.
