Clear and quick interview process in 3 steps:
1. Motivational interview and career review with a Revolut recruiter
2. Skills interview with a product manager that gave me real life problem and I had to answer with how I would solve it
3. Technical interview with CTO

They asked questions about how I would solve certain problems and how I would implement the solution. They where always looking to grade my thought process to see if it fits with their culture.
Okay, very unfriendly people. Most interviews apart from 1 felt like i'd interrupted their day or was wasting their time. There was one product lead who interviewed me who was friendly.

Brainteaser questions. Describe a consumer facing product you built
Professional well run, tough but highly communicative. Everyone was nice and structure/questions were clear. Didn't get an offer but enjoyed the process. Felt like a good culture and would apply again

Recruiter round followed by a consulting style case study. The case involved a business problem requiring structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and a written or verbal presentation of findings. Very standard.
