The recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn. There was an initial call with the Recruiter, a call with the Hiring Manager, a Case Study and a Home Task. Very time consuming and daunting interview process.
They don’t seem to respect candidates’ time - for example, my interview with the Recruiter was rescheduled an hour before it was supposed to happen. Then when I received my Home Task, which was in the middle of a week, I was given 3 days to send it back - it was sort of assumed that I would take time off work to do it. Note that the task isn’t too difficult but it also requires at least a few hours to do.
After putting in so much time into the interview process, I received a generic rejection email, no feedback or explanation as to why. More comprehensive feedback requested but not received yet.

very good experience with the hiring team, they are nice and kind people, with great knowelage and exprience in marketing, Did not get through the final round but still very enjoyed the process and get to know more about Revolut.

Very poor interview process consisting of a recruiter screening, “skills” quant test, senior manager interview and culture fit. Felt more like a market research interview process than trying to align myself with the role. Couldn’t understand the interviewer, who interrupted me on every answer and disregarded my strengths in favour of redundant questioning. Would avoid.

Poor recruiting process. I was approached by a recruiter through LinkedIn. I got 2 interviews scheduled and all of them were cancelled. Firstly, the recruiter was sick, I waited 1 week to get another interview schedule, and then they told me they were not hiring anymore for this position.
