I first had a hacker rank coding screen with 3 problems, then a recruiter call, then a live coding interview in the language of the job. The process was fast and efficient.
In der zweiten Runde wurden neben Standardfragen auch ein Pitch verlangt. Obwohl vorab kommuniziert wurde, dass das Thema ein beliebiges Revolut-Produkt sei, forderte der Interviewer spontan einen Pitch für ein spezifisches Business-Szenario aus Sicht von Revolut. Ohne klare Anweisungen und mit einer Vorbereitungszeit von nur fünf Minuten wirkte dieser Teil der Prüfung eher wie ein ungeplanter Stresstest.

Applied in early August. Invited to screening call late september, then completed a 15 minute online exam, followed by 4 more interviews, including a McKinsey-style problem solving interview, then a final ‘offer call’ to congratulate and touch base prior to written offer.
