The interviewer arrived late and informed me that they'd already filled the role (a couple of weeks ago!) I thought it was incredibly rude, and they should have let the applicants know beforehand, as I wasted a lot of time prepping.

it was submit your application followed by a screen call with one of the talent acquisition team and then another full formal interview for the role and the process was easy and nice
