I was approached on LinkedIn, had the first interview with HR, and then they sent me a personality + skill test to be completed offline. I was rejected at this stage.

The aptitude test involved English skills and resolving puzzles in a short time.
Okay, very unfriendly people. Most interviews apart from 1 felt like i'd interrupted their day or was wasting their time. There was one product lead who interviewed me who was friendly.

Professional well run, tough but highly communicative. Everyone was nice and structure/questions were clear. Didn't get an offer but enjoyed the process. Felt like a good culture and would apply again

Recruiter round followed by a consulting style case study. The case involved a business problem requiring structured analysis, a clear recommendation, and a written or verbal presentation of findings. Very standard.
