Took me through 5 rounds of interviews, made me an offer, then retracted it immediately because "the CEO didn't want to hire anyone without a bachelor's". The recruiter or anyone else during the process could have saved us all time by filtering me out from the get go. Clearly, the CEO thought that if I'd had two more years studying poetry, I'd be a better fit for their random tech job.

The interview process was efficient and quick. I appreciated the responsiveness and professionalism of the interview team. The leadership team does not expect you to have a working knowledge of the auto industry or the auto parts industry. They are more focused on your understanding of the specific field you are applying for at the company. They believe and expect that you will do everything to understand and get ramped up on auto part sales.
The first interview was with the hiring manager to do a phone screen. The main focus was to get my knowledge of Customer Success and the SaaS world. The second round was an onsite interview with the leadership team. During this part, they wanted to find out how I would work with each member of the leadership team, what my management style is like, and what I would prioritize as a manager. During each round, they left a lot of time for me to ask questions and to make sure I felt comfortable with the company.
