First I was interviewed by a Lead Developer from Dubai over Skype, had in-depth technical questions on JavaScript and other related Front end stacks for almost 1.5 hrs. Later that week, they sent me a Coding challenge and on clearing that I was interviewed by a Technical Director from Dubai over the telephone. Discussion with him was about the Coding challenge, Recent tech trends, Git, SDLC, Best practices, Challenges faced and my overall experience. 3 days later, HR called and informed the result, followed by Salary negotiation. Overall the entire interview process was well organized and very professional.
