The interview process was fast and efficient, but the salary offered was less than half of what we had discussed in previous stages. The salary ranges and the figure they offered are utterly ridiculous. They do not offer any insurance benefits and send the salary as gross. The gross amount they offer is as low as the minimum wage in my country. The salary range they offer for a position that requires such responsibility and attention is indicative of the value the company places on its employees.

They were not friendly and it caused stress, so one of my answers was not quite what I should say, and they overreacted so I was very uncomfortable. After this interview, they may be blacklisted my name and never interviewed with me even if I was successful in the tests. I could use a second chance.
