J'ai postulé via une autre source. J'ai passé un entretien chez Rewards Network (Chicago, IL) en oct. 2025

      Entretien

Had an interview with the recruiter 1st. The email they send you says you will be also meeting with some people you'll be working closely with, but when I got to the interview prepared to ask questions relating to that, she had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if I would be meeting with " some of the people youll be working closely with for this role". She also was unaware that the position entailed responding to emails in addition to answering phone calls. They also send you a video of the president Stephen Fusco at Rewards Network doing an interview talking about the companies success, meanwhile the president is clearly reading off notes that tell him what to say while trying to make it look like he is thinking. It puts a red flag in to know that the president isn't prepared to speak on the company he is the president for. I got to the second interview, via Zoom. The interview process was a bit awkward. It felt less conversational and more like they ask you questions and move on. I felt like I couldnt really find a moment to interrupt to speak back, but only to asnwer questions. The gentlemen interviewing me also rushed me off after 30 minutes exactly when I wanted to ask more questions. At that point I knew I didn't want to work there and I think they did too. I think the interview process doesn't give you enough time to learn what you are actually going to do at the job, its more so one-way that benefits them. They also were moving away from a 3 day WFH model to a 2 day and I just did't think it was worth the commute. I value work life balance and I didn't think this position would provide that but I needed the interview practice. The entire process was a bit awkward and those who work there also seem to not know whats going on.

      Question 1

How do you build relationships? Tell me about a time where you had a conflict with a customer? What is your experience with retentions?
