Applied online via their corporate website. Had email conversation with the HR recruiter, and scheduled the interview. Great interview, seemed like a good fit for me... however completely ghosted after the interview. Two months later and no communication despite attempts to inquire. I get it that not every application can receive a response, but for an actual interview, its unprofessional to ghost candidates.
