Start to finish, it was a very quick process. The interview was casual & laid back. I enjoyed the interview process & experience. The position was offered to a better suited candidate. I sent a thank you & requested feedback on my interview so I can improve myself going forward. This was my first job interview in 10 years, so I am a little rusty. I did not receive a reply, which was a little disappointing.

Interview process was started by being contacted by a recruiter for Covanta who did an initial phone screening. From there an interview was scheduled a week later with the staff I would be working with! Inter was about an hour long and was like a round table discussion.
