The process took about four days. First, I had a recruiter screening, then a recruiter interview, then was forwarded an aptitude test and a document to fill out. The aptitude test took about 45 minutes to complete. I did not rush during it, though the questions were simple. The document asked for my parent's full names, their locations, their last employers, and their last job titles. Additionally, it asked for a list of the awards I received in the military. Three days later I received an email that I had not been selected.
