      one interview, went well overall and was simple.. informed of possible second interview but i was honest in my use of nicotine gum after quitting vaping and that i will be off by the time i need to be tested. I did not get a follow up interview (assuming because of use of nicotine gum). The lesson is that hiring non-nicotine employees is their number one priority even if your a great fit for the role and to not be too honest with the interviewer i suppose.

      They hype it up just to shoot you down and ghost you. They don’t actually have a friendly hiring team. I went through 3 interviews with them to never hear back.

      Took their wretched online test. The process looks to be designed for someone who runs a printing press. You know, the printing business which has been replaced by automation. (hint maybe you need to replace the HR department with some automation) There are a number of ratio questions. There were a number of questions I would not have answered with any of the options, IT project management is a straight forward process based on frameworks, that's why you have the education. It's very cut and dry, hence the reasons for projects coming in on time and under budget. It ISN"T a how do you get along, what would you do thing. The HR Dept is detached from the needs of the business. Good luck ... and Rey Rey is CHEAP relative to what the market pays. I had a recruiter tell me what they were paying and I busted out laughing. A person could make more as a manager at a warehouse operation without the degree or certifications they listed in the job requirement. The test takes 2-3 hours... and they don't even trust you to be honest so they want another hour to see what you do in person because they don't trust you to be honest online. That should tell you right there what they think of the applicant pool is people are going to cheat on the test. Maybe the process is broken if they are so concerned with people cheating on a poorly constructed test...

      There were a number of questions that had weighted options. The pre-test has 10 total questions of which several appear on the test. Print it off and have it handy. The test itself is 8 sections that measure situations or how you would deal with things.
