I applied online with my cv and cover letter. The process took 4 weeks total with 3 interviews. Initial teams call with internal recruiter to discuss my experience and the role, they were very friendly and provided a very positive outlook for the business. The second call was with two managerial team members with competency based and experience questions around technical aspects of the job. My third interview call was with the customer success director who interviewed me to find out more about what I wanted with my career and explain where my role fits into the company and to explain the operational changes of the business. Although, I opted for the role, this is still a fantastic opportunity and I would have had no issues working for Rezatec. Furthermore, Prince was one of the most professional recruiters I have dealt with and was even gracious when I turned down the role.
