There is written test on the SQL Basics, both subjective and objective followed by a technical interview round with the senior people and managers mainly on DotNet/Asp.Net and Sql Server.

Entretien
Interview at Rheal was quite interesting. It consisted of following rounds.
1. SQL written test. 25 questions
2. .Net written test (Multiple choice) 50 questions
3. .Net Interview by experienced person
4. SQL Interview by expert
5. Interview by senior project manager

Entretien
Aptitude test followed by sql query test and then final interview. Be prepared with sql queries, go through kudvenkat videos on sql server. Be confident while answering the questions, interviewer will try to confuse you.
