The interview process included an email with a link for video interview. It was conducted by the area manager of the company. It lasted for about 45 minutes. It included the questions related with experience working with kids.

Easy, straightforward, informative, wanted to know related experience and asked a couple situation questions. Was stress free and fairly quick. Only one round of interviews. Clear communication leading up to interview
interviewer asked some questions about experience and what i would do in certain situations and also about my motivation. it wasnt that hard and they were nice about it, only lasted like 10 minutes
