Long and tenuous. I heard about the job through a friend. Applied through the website referencing my contact hoping their referral process would speed things up. I had an initial phone screening with the hiring manager. Then was called to come in and meet with them and about 3 or 4 other people. Then was asked to come back and meet with people I would support. It felt like it took two months.
