Differs depending what route they hire you through- it's usually a screening call from HR and then an interview and walk-around of the office. From my experience, everyone is very friendly.

Question 1
I was asked questions that you would generally expect to be asked during an interview. It wasn't expected to have an in-depth understanding of what exactly the company does, unless you've had experience in a similar field like insurance, as it's relatively specific.

Entretien
The interview process was well put together. The Talent Partner coordinated my interview with my manager and supervisor. Everyone was kind, respectful, and professional. I got asked professional and well thought-out questions related to the job description.
The interview was conducted virtually video via Skype. This was before the pandemic, but the offices are located out of state (in Texas). This was the first of two interviews that are part of their hiring process.
