Initial call > second call then crickets. Then you follow up with them to find out how you did and you hear more crickets. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. RINGCENTRAL - HAVE THE DECENCY TO AT LEAST CALL A PERSON BACK OR EMAIL THEM AFTER TWO INTERVIEWS. Don't leave people in the dark on purpose.

It was done in Chinese and English, the interviewer was pretty friendly, and it lasted for less than 1 hour. And the interview outcome comes back quickly within a few days.

The interview process has been very efficient and streamlined, the interviewers were in general very nice too. They value a lot the communication skills and English level. And the office location has a great view.

Approached by HR and had a talk over phone call to know about the company and the product. Then several rounds interviews including written homework and online interviews. Overall it was a very good experience.
