The whole interview process is grueling especially when waiting for results for the next step. The recruiters fail to realize that applicants are human beings waiting for results or the next schedule,
The first interview was easy and relaxed. They mainly asked about my previous work experience, the projects I’ve handled, and my general background. It felt more like a conversation to get to know me rather than a technical test.
