Over the phone questions since I was away at school and was unable to travel home for a face to face interview. Asked about problem solving situations and what would I do if I were to get into another situation like that in this workplace

Simple, over zoom, just be yourself overall. basic questions and your baseball knowledge is a plus. it was very easy, don’t be worried going into it. after zoom interview you get the offer, you get about a week to accept/decline
