Please stay away. I thought the director I spoke to may have been the only arrogant, rude, stuck-up person in the company but other reviews state the same- regardless of what organization they’re in. Everyone looked stressed out (by the way they lacked good presentation), and didn’t care to have conversations (Robotic and not using mannerisms). It was a RED flag when I got a request to interview the morning after having submitted my resume. Seems they’re desperate to hire people. After one interview, I didn’t want to attend a consecutive one that followed because of how draining these people are. After my final interview, it was such a relief to get a rejection letter.

Sourcer reached out for a screener call. 2 calls with hiring managers after the screener call. The recruitment team is extremely unprofessional though and does not follow through on next steps until you follow up 3-4 times. Then they blame it on the scheduling tools.
It was a very streamlined/typical interview process- an initial phone screen, then hiring manager interview, then departmental colleague interview, a presentation/pitch. Everyone was professional and extremely kind, I was very impressed
