One phone screener with HR, then a take home assignment in R/Python, virtual assignment in Excel, then final in-person technical screener in SQL and behavioral interview with management. Entire process took 3-4 weeks.

Besides just data cleaning or ETL, when have you done true data analysis that led to a change in decision making or impact in a business setting?
The process is designed to test three things: your SQL/Python chops, your statistical intuition, and your business sense (specifically regarding the trade-off between fraud and conversion). Stage 1: HR Screen Stage 2: Technical Task
The job itself sounded interesting but the recruiter was super unclear about the process, and kept changing the order.
Really unprofessional…
Wanted first interview to be only during work hours, 0 flexibility.
