Sat down with the store manager and answered some questions. He looked over my past work history, asked about any challenges I had overcome at them. He also asked how long I expected to remain if I hot hired. I was hired at the end of the interview pending a drug screen and background check.
The interview process is good. I scheduled the interview online to choose a time to come in. I went in at that time and manager is there to help. And overall very quick process.
Manager talked to me about the job duties and asked me just a couple of questions about what I was able to handle. It was a short interview and I was given a survey to complete at the end. After the survey was completed I was hired.
Very quick. The boss was really available and made me feel comfortable. The boss was made the interview process relatively quick. It was also in an enclosed environment without much distraction
