I was hired on the spot and given the W4 papers to sign. I had some experience with gardening in general, and reading a few popular books on mushrooms, which impressed the hiring manager. The interviewer only gave me a 30 minute interview block of time. The interviewer was late. The interviewer did take me behind the scenes and showed me around. Then the interviewer gave me a W4 form to fill out and went to interview the next person. The next person left after about 15 minutes or so during their interview and was not takin back to see the farm like I was.
