J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Riverbed Technology (Sunnyvale, CA) en déc. 2018
Entretien
Recruiter email, followed by a phone call. Next, call with the hiring manager and onsite interview.
The process was easy and everyone was courteous. The team, collectively, was less knowledgeable than expected and reimbursement for travel expenses took over a month.
The screener emailed me requesting an interview and asked for my availability. I sent my availability and never heard back. Followed up three times and never got a reply. If they were not interested, or the position closed, they could have at least let me know.

I was actually called by the recruiter without even applying. The position asked for experience that I didn't have but I did well enough on the phone screen and phone interview with the hiring manager that I went in for in person interview with various members of the company. That was a nightmare. Everyone but the hiring manager was not prepared. Only one guy had my resume and knew the position I was there for. My opinion is that they are still pretty much startup mode. Their wheelhouse is technology and obvious that the capability at the other professional departments is severely lacking. They won't be able to get and keep top tier talent until that improves.
This ended up being a huge waste of time for a company and position I probably never would have worked for
