J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Riverside Research (Arlington, VA) en déc. 2018
Entretien
I was reached out to by recruiter through email. We set up a time to call for about 45 minutes.
The interviewer was fine, although a tad condensing when I was asked about my research experience. I have a master's and multiple years of experience, although the recruiter said they typically prefer PhDs. The recruiter who emailed me must not have been the one on the phone, as Riverside reached out to me, and my resume does not lie about my education.
Ultimately, I did not plan on writing a review (and totally forgot about the experience) until Riverside sent a rejection letter for this position. It's been over a year, lol, and I think the only think worse than ghosting a candidate is to come back from the dead and tell them they've been rejected. Maybe this recruiter is clearing out their cache before they switch companies, but it's a poor practice and leaves a bad sentiment about the company privately and now publicly.
Edit: This process was technically 13 months, but Glassdoor does not even allow you to mark that much time!
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
What is your experience using level three machine learning?
Pretty standard and easy to go through . Everyone involved was very and helpful. All my questions were answered well. I didn't receive any "gotcha" questions either. All in all a good experience.
