For all levels of candidates, our processes are designed to give our team a sense of your levels of expertise, while also giving candidates true insight into who they'd be working with most closely and a broader sense of Ro's overall team and culture. We never find that these processes are a waste of time for either party. We strive to give all candidates feedback on the take-home/ presentations and if we missed giving you feedback, I apologize.
