The recruiting process was probably the better part. I was contacted by someone trying to fill the position. They have a 4 part 2 week interview, I'm guessing for everyone as I genuinely thought things were going well. After I spoke to 2 recruiters I then talked to the hiring manager after this I was given a written test of 5 questions, then I spoke with 4 other employees for a half hour each in one day. I knew at the end of my last interview I would not be extended an offer when the manager said I would get feedback in a few days. In 2 days I did get an email for a 5 minute call and then spoke with the recruiter who said they were more passionate about another candidate. I can't say I'm not disappointed after putting in such an extensive interview process. This could maybe be cut in half to not burn your potential employees so hard. I was extremely disappointed but enjoyed meeting the employees I did.
