Entretien
First, there is the online application submission. If successful an invitation to a 30 min video interview. The second round consist of a sustainable investing case Study for which you get a week to prepare and which is ended with a presentation.

Why do you want to work in the sustainable investing industry?
Extremely well-run, with thoughtful questions and an efficient process. They have a clear idea of who/what they want and the entire process is effectively geared towards this. They have a clear focus on diversity of thought (not tick-box stuff), so very much try to get smart people from a range of backgrounds who will make the boat go faster

Standard technical and motivational questions - depends on which team interviews you
Good process. Applied online, some question on why us, why this area, why the team you select, then interview, then offer. Fast process, got offer, declined. People were friendly and helpful.

General quant and statistics questions, and some behavioural ones
I signed-up through the website and got invited for the interview shortly after. The interviewers were friendly and it was more focused on case studies provided by them. Answers on ideas had to be given shortly after.
