J'ai passé un entretien chez Roblox (San Mateo, CA)
Entretien
The interview process was pretty straight forward and pretty positive but there are multiple steps.
1) speak with the recruiter
2) speak with the hiring manager. I was asked about my experiences as a PM and we discussed the role in detail.
3) do a homework assignment. The homework was about writing a spec to solve a particular problem
4) 2 onsite interviews + a conversation with the CEO if the onsites go well.
I had a fairly smooth interview process. Chantal, the recruiter, was very helpful. She responded very quickly with the latest updates and let me know what to expect from the interview process. The recruiting team was able to accommodate my schedule constraints and were quick to confirm the schedule.

Played 3 Roblox assessments (Factory game, car game, and godzilla game). The order was a behavioral interview and then 2 back to back product interview. Recruiter was very nice and communicative.

There were 3 main rounds: games, product sense, and then back to back technical case and behavioral interviews. The last round was the most ambiguous in terms of expectations, but you can partner with other candidates to practice mock interviews together.

Very interesting OA, where you were given a few strategy-based games to complete. Although fun, it took around 1 hour and 30 minutes, longer than most other OAs. I think that it was easier and a lot more engaging than traditional LeetCode type questions.
