After the recruiter call, I met with the Hiring Manager for 30ish minutes. They seemed fairly condescending about the team and Roblox. 10 minutes into the call they said "Our process is very hard, and all our candidates have offers from all the FANGs". After this call, they literally ghosted me, no communication whatsoever. I believe the team was not a good match as they were looking for someone with very specific skillset, the manager went on to say "we don't have time to train you on the job", and I truly think recruiter should've been more forthcoming with it or, tried to team match later to a more appropriate team.
