I've heard a lot about Roblox's interview process as a veteran member of the developer community. The process I went through took about 2-3 weeks total and was much smoother than I expected it to be. There were 4 rounds of interviews in total (2 technical, 2 behavioral). My early career representative (Julie) was very nice and was prompt on responding to messages and adjustments.
