Three stages: chat with recruiter, technical interview with senior and culture and technical interview with VP of tech and another senior. All were conducted online. The first stage was a casual chat with a recruiter. The second stage was a technical interview. It was very conversational and we covered some low level details of different technologies as well as some soft skills about working with others. The final stage was with two people. Again it was very conversational and we dealt with a combination of high level topics of project layout, selecting technologies and how I'd approach problems. I was given time to ask my own questions too. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process. Everyone I interacted with was nice and really knew their stuff. The recruiter kept in regular contact throughout the process and was really helpful in preparing me for the interviews. I have no bad things to say and I'm looking forward to starting work as a Robot.
