Got in contact with the CEO through LinkedIn and asked if they were looking for anyone. CEO emailed me a couple of days later and asked for a copy of my resume, gave me a call the next day to arrange an interview. A couple of days later, I met him at the office and did a formal 1:1 interview. He looked over my references and resume and asked some great questions. After the 1:1, the Director of Technology called and did a skill testing interview with me to verify my technical understanding.
