Very strange interview process. Applied on LinkedIn and got a response immediately. Went in a few days later and sat down with the team. Got a very late start. Lots of questions that were not strictly related to the job, like do you consider yourself politically correct, etc. Asked for printed copies of my resume, which is a first for me. Most companies print them out ahead of time for staff if they need them. Luckily I had them. Had people coming in and out of the room the whole time. I did have a great conversation with a creative/accounts director type person who I believe has left. I was asked to write a full blog post as a test and then was emailed the next day to see if they could purchase it for their blog. In hindsight, I should have just left after the interview and saved myself the 30 minutes I spent on the blog. Not a good fit for me. Did not follow up with them and was not contacted following interview. Might be good for someone looking to get their start at an agency or in digital.
