You have to pass two similar interviews with different Technical Directors, so the difficulty of the interview depends on who you're speaking with. In my case both of them wasn't very difficult: very basic questions about PHP, OOP, JS, Frameworks, VCS, DB and other things. The test assignments weren't difficult, but the were quite tricky.

HR pre-screening call by skype afterwards waiting 3 days and scheduled interview with VP Engineering which was a 3hrs aprox with verbal interview question and coding test. Waited another 3 days and got the reply from VP and offer package, Accepted offer and started working after 2 weeks, good support from HR regarding bureaucratic task with german offices.

I got message through LinkedIn from senior manager and he asked if I am interested in applying to new job, I did so, then they send me home-assignment based on Zend framework.
then I have been invited to interview in the company office.
the interviewer was friendly and most of the questions where about OOP.
they offer me junior PHP Developer, as he said he is not convinced enough with my experience so I rejected the offer as I was already working with much better position and salary!
