The interview was pretty straight forward. I applied online but I believe I only got selected for an interview because I emailed a recruiter as other people I know did not. We had an initial video interview which lasted 30 mins or so. After about 2 weeks they wanted me to come into their production facility for a skills interview where we were asked to inspect a PCB. Everyone I talked to was very helpful. After another 2 weeks, I got the job offer.
