Online assessment before interview. 7 days to complete it and takes 45 minutes plus the sample assessment they recommend you take. I recommend you take the sample as well since the assessment was strange and I wasted time double clicking on answers instead of dragging them to the correct space and didn't end up finishing the assessment in the time alotted.
Initial video screening call with HR recruiter.

Asked about my experience - easy part. At the end of the interview I was asked to do a calculation. Simple enough although I usually look these type of % calculations up for presentations. I was not able to do that on video.
