Good and collaborative experience overall. I enjoyed the process. Candidates are matched with a school leader and teach a demo lesson. The interview includes several components, such as a coaching session, analyzing student data, discussing long-term goals, and reflecting on how the school culture aligns with your values and teaching style.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. Three rounds of interviews and then a job offer. Keep in mind as a teacher you have to do a demo lesson in front of students and I believe they expanded the demo lesson for leader applicants to complete as well.
