They are extremely detailed in terms of presenting a clear message about yourself and future professional endeavors. They are extremely interested in how you see yourself growing with the company. A PowerPoint was also required. They used the PowerPoint presentation as a tool to help them take a detailed look at your professional growth, educational experience and overall acumen as it relates to the position.
