Microsoft Teams, under 30 minutes. Asked about my CV, my academics, what I know about Rockwell Automation. Sales Manager went on to tell more about the company, and what my role entails.

Had a phone screen with hiring manager. It was very short. Asked what I liked about the job/how I found it. Ended with asking to set up a formal interview.
They had typical behavioral interview questions, asked why I want to work there, "what would you do in this situation", "tell me about a time that..."
The people were very nice and made me feel extremely comfortable!
