I went through a phone screening and a Zoom Interview. Everyone was very nice. The Zoom interview was with the supervisor and some other people. Their questions seemed random and a little disorganized. Questions were asked in a "popcorn reading" fashion where it seemed that questions were asked when and if someone thought of one. There were multiple times where there was silence as I waited for someone to decide to ask a question.
