I applied via their website and received an interview invitation on the same day. The interview was with my potential direct colleague (not HR). We discussed the scope of the work, why they are seeking a peer, my and their expectations. It was a very friendly, positive experience. Soon after, I received a test assignment - to outline the launch strategy of a new feature, which I later presented online in front of two other potential colleagues and the head of the department. The day after, they sent me an offer. I accepted it, but unfortunately, and very suddenly, the company underwent a reorganization process, and the offer was postponed.
