I have applied on May 2012 and I received a call on last Friday from Rogers HR for setting a time for phone interview. Accordingly She took my phone interview today Monday for about 30 min. Asked some generic behavioural questions and some about my present & past experiences. She said they will contact with me if I select within this week. But after 2 hrs I receive call for fixing a schedule for a face to face meeting in following day, i.e tomorrow. Let's see what happens there......

What is your notice period with current employer? How you will communicate? Do you have any plan for going school? Do you need any leave in coming 3 months?

Steps were. Short listed. Online trst scenario based followed by phone interview. Followed by face to face interview. Face to face inteeview was pretty much an hour long. I was asked to sell something and scenario based questions.

Entretien
I typing test was given, behavioral questions were asked, situational questions were asked. I was interviewed by two Sales Managers. The entire process lasted about 1 hour. An offer was made within 1 week of the interview.
