One phone interview to screen by HR. This interview is usually to judge your goals and objectives and if you are still interested in interviewing. It's more of a personality check. The 2nd interview is a 45 minute interview. Takes HR a couple of weeks to get back after 1st interview. Another couple weeks to hear back after the 2nd interview.

About yourself, accomplishments you are proud of, Conflict resolution, Tell me about time you showed initiative, Ask you what is good/bad about Rogers. A question on a specific industry problem - eg. What strategies would you implement to reduce TV cord-cutting. Simple excel file - Make graphs, use functions such as vlookup, sumifs.

There was an HR round, then 2 rounds of interview. The first was virtual with a director and senior financial analyst. The second and final round was in person with the controller. Both rounds were behavioral and interviewers were friendly.
