I underwent a thorough interview process comprising four rounds, spanning nearly a month. With the exception of the second round, all interviews took place in the office. The initial round involved a written test covering fundamental Computer Science questions, while the second round was a technical session conducted online, also focusing on basic CS inquiries. The third round, conducted by HR, was the lengthiest, delving into intriguing questions regarding personality and work culture. Finally, I had the opportunity to meet with the CEO of Rokomari in the last round, where we discussed my past experiences and motivations for wanting to join the company. However, despite the extensive process, I received no explanation for being denied the position. Additionally, the offered salary fell significantly below market standards.
